Star of the Week

This week's star of the week is Aob-Aua. He has been a principledon and a thinkatops who has shown a fantastic attitude to learning and showcased his knowledge by thinking deeper with mathematical reasoning. Well done Aob-Aua!

Upcoming events at UDIS

On Monday 28th February at 2pm, we will be having our first parent cafe of the academic year online instead of face to face. This will be a great opportunity to find out about our PY programe (Primary Years) as your child transitions to Year 1 next academic year. The google meet link will be sent to you on Monday via the Line group. If you do have any questions in the meantime, please feel free to contact me.

Phonics

Maths

We have had a busy week in Maths. Green Stars and Red Stars have been practice how to write their numbers as well as finding a missing number in a sequence. Blue Stars have bee working with part-whole models and creating number sentences up to 10. Here are some pictures:

Physical Education (PE)

Lots of fun in PE this week as we started to learn about Gymnastics. Here are some pictures:

Thai

ในสัปดาห์นี้เราเรียนการเขียนพยัญชนะ "ฬ" และเขียนตัวเลข "๙" นอกจากนี้เรายังได้มีการฝึกใช้กรรไกรในการตัดกระดาษเป็นเส้นตรง เพื่อฝึกกล้ามเนื้อมือให้แข็งแรง

Library

Our library session is Tuesday afternoon. Please make sure you have returned your child's book to school by Monday to ensure they can take out a new book on Tuesday. If your child does not bring their books back, they will be unable to take another book out until the books are returned.
